Bus ride from Ísafjörður to ski resort and back the day before the race, bus ride to the race and to Ísafjörður after the race, access to the swimming hall in Ísafjörður after the race, access to buffet of cakes, pastries and other refreshments after the race. . The fee is to be paid when you collect your race number in Ísafjörður.

Please note that the team competition is optional. Participating in it does not cost anything extra. One team consists of three skiers racing over the same distance, regardless of age or gender. Please write the names of your teammates on the registration form, along with the name you have chosen for the team. All members of the team must also register separately for the individual race.

Age groups are as follows:
50 km: 16-34, 35-49, 50-65, 66 and older
20 km: 16-34, 35-49, 50-65, 66 and older
10 km: Open competition for each gender
7 km: Open competition for each gender
