Here you can see the new 21 km profile. It is not 100% correct and the course is changing every day.
But at least it shows the outline of the course.
Compared to our usual track, we are starting at the usual 10 km mark of the 50 km course and follow it for about 5 km over Fellsháls and down the first hill towards Engidalur. Then we take a short cut to the final climb of Fellsháls and then we Follow the track untill Gyltuskarð which is at 42,5 km on the traditional track where you turn below the famous Midfellshals final climb. From there you turn back down to Burfell and from there we walk a new track of 3 km to Heiðin where the race started.
